• press and hold the volume buttons on the back. it will start a countdown and you can set it up with the home back

• On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting. After the reset, you’ll need to set it up again with the steps below: - Open the Google Home app. - At the top left, tap Add > Set up device > New device and then set up new devices in your home. - Follow the in-app steps.
