• Customer pics are the one I received also. I think the one they show on Netgear site is older model

• This is a common issue with frequent product upgrades! Pictures don’t match product! Specifications and features being correct is the most import thing, not just physical appearance!

• The product arrived and I can confirm the supplied product description photos do not match the actual device. The photos shown I believe are from a previous generation which I was seeking to match what I currently have.
