The switch is a great product but it is not intended for and will not change the bandwidth or performance you are getting from your Internet Service Provider (ISP). I recommend you work directly with your ISP regarding any performance issues you might have (we did this and got over 50 feet of line from the road to our house replaced by our ISP after they came out and located the problem - the performance gain after the new cable went in was amazing and we didn't have to pay for the repair).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This will not change the speed of your Internet connection.. This just allows all your devices connected to it to talk to eachother (or share your Internet Router)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Switch may or may not help with your internet.. Switch deals with intrAnet. Meaning, switch is a pipe to your router. So if you have a lot of devices on your 10/100 like 3 computers and 1 server, then this may help with your internet ans all devices will funnel data through 1 port to your router. But you should have a professional review your network and make recommendations.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only if you have gigabit internet speed coming into your premises (congratulations! - tell me your provider), your modem has at least one gigabit Ethernet port, your end device(s) (i.e. PC) have gigabit Ethernet ports, and you had a slower (100 mb) router or switch installed somewhere along the line.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it is just a port extender if you need to connect more ethernet cables.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It might improve throughput across your LAN but it's unlikely to affect your speed of access to the Internet. Most broadband connections are significantly slower than even local wireless networks, let alone wired ones. In my case, my cable modem offers 20 mbit/sec down and 3-4 mbit/sec up, whereas the switch support wire rates of up to 1,000 mbit/sec.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Switches will not boost a system. They are made to route traffic and add gigabyte appliance to a typical internal LAN system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no it will not make it faster or increase wifi capability its just a smart add on switch with extra ports for when your router runs out of space and you don't want to buy a new router
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will not boost your internet bandwidth, but it will allow it to be split to multiple devices without losing speed since it is gigabit speed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't know about boosting internet performance, but I can tell you it was effortless to install and saved a lot effort running additional cables.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
