Did you read the directions that came with it? They tell you to download the app to set it up on your network
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did the device tell you to bridge the Extender to your Wifi modem? If the extender is getting you a better signal far from the wifi router then it is doing it's job. Otherwise you need to go to Netgear's website and download the user manual which will tell you how to access the extender from your web browser where you can actually set up the extender properly. Beware of the recommendations that the extender software gives you, best to leave the frequency settings so that your devices can connect on either frequency.
