“Can any devices be connected to any of the four ports, i.e. Router in 1, PC in 2, etc.? If not, why are there four ports on the modem?”

• My router is connected in slot 1. I don't see why you shouldn't use the other ports. Everything else I have is wifi enabled so I actually haven't tried,but seems logical.
