“Will it work out of the box without the CD? I have no disc drive so i would need it to work out of the box so that i can use the internet to download the drivers or anything else, thanks.”

You need the drivers, before it works properly. My suggestion would be, if you can download the drivers using a friend's computer and saving them on a USB Drive. The installation gives you the option to install the drives from the CD or a location on your computer, but I don't think it will work without the installation.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It works out of the box for me. in doesn't have a cd. If you are wanting to ensure the correct driver is installed. You can just download the driver directly from the Netgear webpage.
