Is this compatible with Xfinity service? null

The short answer, Yes. But you will need a Xfinity compatible Modem to receive your service, as this is only a Router and not a Router/Modem combo which is what Xfinity normally provides with your service. I would suggest checking for approved modems on Xfinity my Device Info site.
