I'm currently using it with TWC.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Automated phone activation did not work for me on TWC / Spectrum. You may do that like I did and after 30 min and it won't connect call the same automated activation number again telling it did not work and it will redirect you to a live person support who will enter your new modem mac address to TWC/Spectrum system. Then it just work! You may need to reboot your router.
