“I have a large 3 story house we have Wi-Fi and it worked untill 3 weeks after I renovated. The cable company came out 3 times says there's nothing wrong its the house. What model would you recomend for my situation for purpose of streaming video and game”

You should upgrade your router 1st. The WIFI provided by routers offered by the internet company and mediocre... get yourself a good router... spend at least $250 + (netgear and asus have good models). At my house I only have a modem bringing the service... to it I have a NETGEAR - Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 5 Router - Black. This router covers the house great... then I have a second one that I have programmed as an access point to handle WIFI on my garage and outdoors. For gaming my PC is hardwire directly to the router.
