It's putting out a signal so I don't think it matters how many devices use the signal. My wife and I both use laptops, cell phones, and tablets and when we have guests, we are all using devices and we have never had an issue with any of devices. So, to answer your question, yes. It will handle all of those devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most likely it will handle it. Speeds will obviously slow down for every device that connects. The best plan would be for two cell phones and the tablet to connect to the router. And then the other two cell phones connect to the extender. That way is separates the connections.
