Please try again later.I don't remember what all I had to do, but I DO remember that I was able to following the written instructions, then the instructions on the computer screen. You can't just plug it in and go - it may take between 15-30 mins to set up (if you are like me & all this techy stuff is too much for my Senior brain!!! LOL)!! Also, as I gave in another response, the written instructions had an 800# for the manufacturer, so you can call them for assistance . . . or I THINK the Best Buy Geek Squad will assist you for the 1st 30days from the purchase date (check this out with them first though!!).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1. Plug cables and power in. 2. Install app on computer 3. Change administrator passwords (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) 4. Change WiFi SSID and Passcodes (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) There is a lot more that this Router can offer. I wouldn't buy it unless you plan on doing some serious gaming and have a lot of extra devices connected to it.
