• This unit can be used as a built-in because of the venting at the front bottom, it can also be used as a standalone, the cabinetry and finish are top-notch. Also if you buy two and reverse one of the doors, they can be used together as a side-by-side with the doors on the left opening left and the door on the right opening right. That's what I did
