What the temperature ranges null

My fridge is staying at 42 degrees. It hasn’t been 37 degrees since the first day. Any suggestions?

I just checked our NEWAIR ABR-1770 beverage fridge and was able to choose anywhere from 36'-66'.

It says it goes down to 37, it seems to get cold but the temp reading goes from 49 to 60’s.......? Not sure what to do about it.....
