I have the same issue with the 320XR. I checked and all connections are ok. That pinky color goes on and off. also, I tried to upgrade the firmware and every time I tried to do it, I get a message to check my internet connection and it is not let me do it. I need support here too. thanks

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Bunmom, I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with your rear camera on the 320XR. I'd recommend two things: 1. Make sure the firmware on the camera is up to date. 2. Ensure the rear camera connector about 30cm away from the rear camera has been fully plugged in (until it clicks).
