    The Nextbase 320XR Dash Camera with Rear Window Camera has truly exceeded my expectations. After testing more than five different dash cams for my vehicle—only to have them fail within six months due to malfunction or excessive battery drain—I finally found a reliable option. The Nextbase 320XR has remained in perfect working condition without any issues, proving its durability and efficiency. One of its standout features is its exceptional video quality during the daytime, capturing clear and crisp footage. While the video quality at night does experience a slight dip, it still performs well enough to provide reliable recordings. Overall, this is one of the best dash cameras I have ever used, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and high-quality dash cam.

    Had it for about a month now. Super easy install and the video quality is great! I can read plate numbers fairly well from distance too. Software is easy to use, and it has given us peace of mind while driving. It will take some extra effort hiding the wires, but it includes a tool to help with that which was nice.

    Camera works great, but my back camera had a problem when I bought it and there’s a purple hue that happens while recording. So I only had two weeks to return it to Best Buy because of the garbage policy. So now I have to deal with the company in England just to get it replaced. And it’s only been three weeks. So the camera works well, when it’s working. But Best Buy’s customer service is garbage, so you might not want to deal with the UK just to get a product fix like I have to.

    This dash cam is user friendly, it comes with wedger for the wiring, front and rear cams are magnetic so they're easy to remove. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the picture isn't that great, I couldn't make out any license plate number when reviewing the footage. But for the price it is a steal.

    Don't think twice. Buy this confidently. It does its job. I just bought one 2 weeks back for Thanksgiving, and just yesterday involved in an accident. What a timing!. Dash cam captured clearly that the other person was at fault , since it was green light for me and left turn on yield for other guy. It immediately locked the video clip automatically and protected it. Its an old school SD card only dash cam and no fancy apps, cloud etc.... Had purchased the Nextbase SD card along with it. Don't settle for a cheap SD card. The video was much clearer but couldn't upload it here. Took a screenshot which might not look great . This was seconds before the collision Thanks Sunil

    Worked pretty good .. honestly I’ve never charged it and had it over a full year already but I think I need to charge it now because it won’t turn fully on even when it’s connected to the car

    It was fine while it worked. Now the rear camera is giving me a pink screen and Nextbase warranty's only option is to completely uninstall the entire system (including cables) and send it back to them for "inspection". Then they will send me a refurbished unit that I will have to pay to have installed again. Research shows that it is a known problem with this unit. I wish I had bought something else.

    I LOVE my car camera, but unfortunately I live in Florida and the heat in car makes my camera fall !!! I add to magiver something to tape it more up there..

    This item according to Next Base tech service might have a bad hardware. The rear camera would record in pink color. It intermittent would turn pink on the small screen and record with pink color. I contacted next base but told me to return the it since its still under warranty. I contacted Best Buys where I purchased the dash cam but Best Buys wants to charge me for install since tell install it when purchased. I contacted Next base but never heard back from Nextbase Disappointed

    Very Disappointed – Poor Quality, Twice in a Row I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Nextbase dash cams has been frustrating. I bought two different units, and both had poor quality and reliability issues. The video resolution was nowhere near as clear as advertised, and both cameras developed problems within a short time of use. Worst of all, they stop working and need to be reset every single time I start my car. For the price, I expected much better performance and durability. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend these dash cams.

    It’s been malfunctioning since it was installed. Still is not operating properly. Difficulty connecting to your cell phone, is very delayed, when it does connect, it will not work according to its specifications. Expensive error. Do not invest in this product. Employees not compliant and gave off attitudes. They Refused to replace it unless I pay a second time for them to replace or remove the system. Total loss on my part. I even purchased an extra hard wire kit to have it installed into my vehicle. And now I’m stuck with something that’s doesn’t work correctly and I’m very much unsatisfied. They “Do Not Guarantee” the their work or the product and will expect you to pay for them to rectify the problem, even though it is not your fault. They take no responsibility for anything, but will take more of your money.

    Doesn’t connect to phone in the u.s

    Totally unhappy I purchased this to treat myself December and I never got to it due to being so busy now to find out the app isn’t phone compatible in the u.s as per their website “ next base “ I don’t see the purpose ih having this and I’m sure now I’m stuck with This don’t waste your time getting it , I feel the package should display this or the ad online I think it’s messed up to get people this way to spend their money not cool
