No. The Nikon D3400 DSLR camera does not have an auxiliary port for adding additional viewing screens nor does it have a mic port for attaching a microphone. For a separated viewing screen option with this camera model try using an HDMI connecting cable attached to an HDMI-CEC supported screen.
