AF-S and AF-P type Nikkor lenses will work and auto-focus on the D5600, any lenses that are only AF type will not have the ability to auto-focus on the D5600 and will need to be manually focused. Any F mount lens you may have had on your D80 will fit on the D5600. Contact Nikon Support if you need more information on compatibility.
