“Is the AF on this body faster than the Z6II or is it just FPS? Wanted to upgrade, but was told waste of money for my photography habits. However i struggled to focus on some moving insects today and am curious again.”

It is Nikon fastest focusing camera. It has additional focus methods that your current camera doesn’t have. 3D tracking will aid you with any focus issues you now have. Plus just received the 3rd major update to this camera.
