How do you get the clean light to go off, I have cleaned it multiple times a day for a week. Used a whole bottle of descaler on it throughout the week. The light never goes away. null

My CLN light stays on and I have cleaned it with a de-scaler and vinegar. We have a water filter on our kitchen sink, and I use a filtered water pitcher to refill this one and my Keurig, I NEVER have a problem with the Keurig.

Mine never went off and frankly worst coffee maker ever. Cheap Chinese made.

Are you on a well? We went through 3 of these with the same out come. 
Like the auto sensor is detecting minerals in the water. 
I finally broke down a bought a delonghi.
