• Each plate is roughly 6" x 8". Kind of resembles a broiler pan with slats in it for air circulation. Sits up maybe 3/4" from bottom of basket. Basically can fit a steak in each side although only left side has temp probe.

• Fits well in small space, it does require space for draws to be pulled out. But depending works great in small spaces

• There are no cooking plates! It’s a basket with a lift to help the air circulate. That’s what makes the food crispy. It’s not a grill. It’s gray for fries, heating up wings, things you want super crispy. Hope that helps
