“We really love this grill. We don't grill with much anymore, the area inside the lid gets pretty greasy after awhile and smokes. The whole kitchen smells funky. We still airfry a lot. Anyone have have any ideas how how to clean the inside of the lid? Thx”

I use my grill a couple times a week. Inside does get greasy but I clean it every time with dawn and mine has never smoked. Have had it two years in December. You may use yours more.
