“I have this oven I love this oven but the control directions wore off with wiping and cleaning the unit. How are the control/cooking directions placed on the unit. Are they etched or will I have the same results with the wording on the controls.”

The control labels on this oven are printed rather than etched, so with regular wiping and cleaning, they can wear off over time, just like on your current unit. To safely clean and preserve the control labels, unplug the unit, let it cool, then gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, avoiding abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads that can wear off the printed labels.
