Can the bike come off of the display stand? null

No, only the Kirby Air Riders Amiibos can take off certain parts like the character.

Not out of the box, no. I am pretty sure it is molded into the base so it may need cut out-else the old hairdryer treatment may work. I actually like the base on mine!
