Yes it plugs into all modern TV sets. This is a self-contained console, so there are no games available to buy for it, either via physical media or digital downloads. It comes pre-loaded with 30 classic Nintendo games, which you can access at any time when the console is on, but that is it.

It plugs into any TV with HDMI port. You can't add games, all games come pre installed.

If your TV has an HDMI port then yes it will work with it. It will not work with older TV's that do not have an HDMI port. 

And no, this comes with 30 games pre-installed and you can't add games to it.

Plugs into all TV sets that have an HDMI “in”. And no, you cannot buy games for this unit. It comes preloaded with games (check the description). You can have it “jail-broke” & load more games onto the system, at your own risk though.
