"Coming Soon" is a status often used on the BestBuy order page to indicate something that has already sold-out on pre-orders, but it supposedly going to be available in stores (or from store pickup) on release-day. This doesn't always go perfectly or smoothly, So in other words, it often means "already came and went again -- in this case apparently by resellers with sophisticated automated buying systems) But checking on the 8th (or the night of 10/7) MIGHT yield you some good luck. After a while it will change to "Sold Out" and at that, it generally means "not coming back, ever." There are exceptions like the constantly sold-out new game consoles which have been in that status for over a year, but do sometimes turn up for a lucky few when some new allocation is available from Microsoft or Sony.
