You can only get them from NIU. They have an absolutely horrible repair policy and all parts are proprietary so a bike shop can't help you as I tried to have it repaired at my local shop when I realized how difficult NIU was to deal with. If you are in the return windows still please return the bike because if you have an issue you will have major problems getting it resolved. Read my review on best buy titled" Niu bqi c3 Nightmare".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am waiting response from NIU about breaks for 4 weeks, and they are not fulfilling their warranty, this bike is total rubbish, I rode it only for 2 months and breaks broken, whether worn off, unfortunately quality is poor.
