- Answer You need to access your pictures the the app, and delete them one at a time. There is no duplicate finder app that I know of for Nix Frames.

- Answer Yes, the Nixplay frames will still even while offline once photos are uploaded. Unfortunately, USB connection is not possible since we do not have a USB or SD Card slot in the frames. You can send your photos and videos to the Nixplay frame via the Nixplay mobile app, web app, or email.

QuestionHello, this is a gift for my elderly mother She is not tech savvy Can I upload pictures to the "email play list" through the app and have other people email them to the email address so she only has 1 play list running and doesn't need to switch playlists
