I got mine to pair pretty easily. What happens is, once it gets to he last step of pairing, for some reason the phone doesn’t TURN ON BLUETOOTH. My Samsung wearables app was frozen on the last dot of the pairing screen for like 5 minutes, and I noticed he Bluetooth icon was off, so I opened the Bluetooth menu on the phone, and saw that next to the S3 in my Bluetooth it said “connect” meaning it wasn’t connected to the watch, I clicked on connect and the app finished pairing.
