A:Answer Yes, and no..
When I bought it it said Verizon. But after I put the SIM card in my service was not happening. So I was in the phone with Verizon for hour or maybe 2. Officially it's not listed on their end as a serviceable phone through them. However, after going through 3 engineers at Verizon, they finally figured it out. It was something to do with the fact its a VO LTE, 4G.
Idk the difference between LTE and VO LTE. BUT..they got it going. So maybe now they know how to get it cell service. Otherwise it's a good little phone. Good luck
