• First good luck. I spent three days trying to install norton was no help , I ended up going to Best Buy and to get help two hours later it was installed. If I had known the hassle involved I would not have bought it.

• Hey, so I was having the same problem but googled it. You have to create an account with Norton on their website and when you do, it'll ask if you want to subscribe to a plan or enter a product key. I typed in the product key that Best Buy provided, it's not in the email but you can find it when you access you digital downloads, it's literally labeled as "Key Code". Then you just type in the key code! It worked! Hope it helps!
