• If you have the key code, go to Norton website and download directly from them. Use your key code when prompted. Otherwise call Geek Squad and have them walk you through alternative download procedure.

• We had to call The Norton helpline and they sent us a link to download it via email.

• Hi Lucy, go to the Official Norton webpage and download the product, type the product number when they request it. Follow the steps and done. I personally have this product and works perfect on Mac and windows. Also if you already have the software, go to setting in your Norton dashboard and update your product code, sometimes you need to provide a new debit or credit card but you can delete it later.
