You don't. Either you order directly from vitamin getting a European version, or you get a step down transformer that can handle 12-20 amps. (Mixer is rated at 12 but isn't fused and for something really heavy could get close to 20) US retail doesn't really deal much outside NA, so manufacturers are the go to answer for checking on dual voltage questions.
