There’s no exact day, but check every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-9:30ish am. PST. Bestbuy has dropped many cards (60ti, 70, 80, and 90’s) on Friday’s (usually every two weeks, so two weeks from 1/22/21, which was their last drop) at the same time 7:30-9:30ish. A Twitch streamer, Falcodrin, gives info and helpful tips on when websites (like Bestbuy) that are dropping cards. I suggest you download the Bestbuy app (it’s how I was able to get my 3060 ti). I have no idea when it will be back in stock, apparently very soon, but I don't know why it is online-only, surely they could have a limit on how many people are in the store at the same time.

Hi there, if you are still trying to get one, you cannot backorder item, but now there is ant bot protection so the bots don't win.

Unless you are a scalper running bots it's best to not even bother asking that question, best buy doesn't seem to care on blocking bots...
