Honestly, build a bot or just wait for steady stock. You could also put your name on a waiting list with EVGA, but I've been on there since they announced that system, and have yet to receive an alert or email about it. Been about 4 or 5 months.

If not, EVGA has a system where you can put your name on a waiting list, and when one of their cards becomes available you’ll receive a notification letting you know and how long your have to get it before they give it to the next person waiting.
