“What am I supposed to do if it starts to run really slow. It used to boot up games fast but now it takes like an hour to start up rainbow six siege and certain VR Games and I can't even boot up Nvidia Geforce experience”

It takes an hour to start a game? That is very unusual. I would personally do a full wipe and restore to factory condition to remove any possibility of it being a software issue. If the problem persists reach out to HP support for troubleshooting to see if it is a warranty issue.
