• Touch screen has to do with what monitor you choose. This is only the tower without a monitor.

• I didn't buy a touch screen monitor so - no. It's just a CPU - likely could make it touch screen though.

• The latest version of Windows supports touch screens. But you will need to buy a monitor that supports touch screen too.

• Not out of the box as is. No. This is only a PC Tower. It does not come with a monitor.
