how good are you with computer ? if you just want a gaming pc that's fully ready then I'd say if you can go for the gtx 1080 model with a better case for air flow. the stock gtx1070 runs way to hot around 80c plus. no room for extra fan due to wiring setup and grounding wire. the only thing you can salvage from the pc if you're looking into it is for sure the ram, gpu, psu, and cpu. not sure about mobo and hard drive I think the os is hard coded into the bios. hope this help
