A:Answer I've been looking for an answer to this as well. I purchased this PC and best I can tell is it is an HP "stock" card, so not manufactured by one of the major brands (or if they make it, they don't brand it). It's not bad at all, though. Mine (I'm not sure every build uses the same exact card) is a single fan blower style, and some people don't like a blower card because they can be loud. I'd say the fan is fairly quiet under the heaviest loads and silent otherwise. I have not been able to get the card above 74C, but I'd imagine during the summer I'll be looking at slightly higher temps.
It should be noted that I took the components out of the original case and installed them in one with very good airflow. A blower card is exactly what you want in the case it comes with, though, since it will push the warm air generated by the card out of the case rather than disperse it.
Bottom line: It's a solid card, not flashy, but will be every bit as good as the most expensive 1070's from the brands you mentioned although it may run a few degrees hotter. Subjectively, I'd say the only down sides are that it doesn't have any lights and that the fan, although quiet, is audible under load.
