“I just got this reciever installed yesterday. I'm using klipsch 5.0 ht50 speakers, klipsch reference series 10" 150w powered sub and sonance mag series 6 1/2 2 way in ceiling speakers for zone 2. Why do i have to turn volume to 47 just to hear normal.”

I DONT KNOW WHY BUT MINE IS THE SAME WAY. MINE REPLACED AN OLDER ONKYO AV AND IT WAS SIMILAR. IF THIS IS AS GOOD AS THE OLD ONE IT SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM. I'M RUNNING BOSTON ACOUSTIC SPEAKERS AND AS ON THE OLD ONE IT SOUNDS GREAT. HAD NO POWER PROBLEMS ON THE OLD ONE BUT LIVE IN AN APARTMENT NOW SO I CAN'T CRANK IT.
