Onkyo didn't go out of business, they were bought by Sound United LLC. Onkyo receivers still carry their normal warranties, things were just a bit messy when they were first acquired and all of the details were being ironed out. Most authorized Onkyo service centers are running as normal again, just like they were before. However, many services centers for all things electronics related are having issues getting parts at the moment, thanks to covid and China's involvement in everything. No matter what brand you buy at the moment, if you have any issue in the immediate future, you'll likely be waiting a while on parts for any repairs.
