Would this receiver handle 8 speakers and 2 zones? null

Yes as long it is wired correctly. I have 4 zones and over 8 speakers. Hope this helps.

I'm running 9 speakers, 7 speakers and 2 subwoofers, unfortunately I am not able to figure out how my outside 2 speakers connected to zone 2 work. As of today still connot get zone 2 to work. I will be visiting best buy for some direction. Currently have 11 speakers connected but 2 of them are zone 2.

BE AWRE! Forget Best Buy, Buy from Crutchfield Do not buy this receiver at Best Buy. They will give you a 14 day return policy period. Even if the receiver fails, 14 days is it. They will refer you to the manufacturer. Yes it will according to the instructions. The receiver is a 7.2.1 pls a second zone that I believe does 2 channel stereo.
