The bristles don't but the connection point does and can change to any of the multiple color options.

I do not recall that the actual brush head lights up. I mean really it is in your mouth cleaning your teeth. How would you ever see it? Where the brush attaches to the toothbrush there is a light that can be controlled and it also serves to communicate if you are using too much force.
