“I currently have satellite TV with 3 TVs and my house is all wired. So? If I have the new dish and antenna with one receiver installed. Can I at a latter date add the extra receivers just by plugging them in myself.”

Rooms 2 - 4 would have to be wired up to the satellite reflector & antenna combination. In addition to plugging them in you would need to call and activate each receiver. Purchasing a diseqc switch/splitter at the time of your Mastec installation appointment could save you some $$$, if your capable of screwing some wires in safe conditions. Note that the Disecqc switch/splitter is specific to ORBY and some free to air equipment and is not compatible with the ones that are commonly available at electronics retailers.
