A:Answer Assuming you already purchased one up to four receivers from BestBuy, you need one satellite dish kit. I highly recommend you purchase the kit and installation directly from Orby TV. If you are familiar with the installation of satellite TV systems, you can buy just the kit and do your own installation.
The installer was very professional. The only problem is that he was there in the daytime and could not optimally align the dish. It seems the reception is better at night, so we needed to tweak the dish ourselves for best reception. It did require a ladder and simple hand tools, mostly a couple of wrenches. The receiver has a built-in utility with on-screen signal levels, you will need an assistant to look at the screen and help you make any adjustments. Since then, outages can still happen, but are extremely rare.
Bottom line, it is a great and affordable service, I would do it again.
