“Our receiver light goes from red to green off and on. It also says there is no connection. We have another one that Orby installed and that one works.”

Sounds like its a dish contraction issue try resetting your device by unplugging it for 2 minutes and disconnect the satellite cable as well both at the same time 2 min and reconnect them both or resetting the box 2 may help
