A:AnswerIf you did they would always be on the same channel. I’d recommend a receiver or DVR receiver for most rooms that you may need to change channels evey so often. Now if your just going to have the news or cartoons on in say 1 bedroom and the other say living room box is on the other side of the shared wall, then a wall-pen mirroring setup might be just for you. I like you thinking. That one box setup for 4 rooms worked well for my 1st uhf remote controled satellite setup as a bachelor in 1995. ORBY if your reading this please make a UHF remote controlled satellite receiver in your 2nd generation of boxes or a conversation kit ASAP.
A:AnswerNo internet or WiFi needed. Think of it like old school 199X basic satellite television that is a budget friendly as it can possibly get and it’s as simple to setup for Joe & Jan for their RV, first time Fred over a half day on the weekend or pay the professional to install it.
A:AnswerNo. Has Newsmax , CNN , HLN, CNN International and BBC World News . I’d like to see Bloomberg, One America News Network, DW, RT, Cheddar and Fox News added.
A:AnswerIf you have an attic or interior wiring box for Satellite/cable/internet/alarm there is very high probability that you will need just one cable from the satellite antenna assembly connected to a multi switch (aka splitter). The ORBY TV self installation line art shows a splitter for multiple receivers. Very small possibility of a 4 output lnb or quad-output lnb on the satellite reflector assembly needing 4 lines on the exterior of your home.
A:AnswerCurrently as of July 5 2019, Fox News & MSNBC aren’t available yet. Keep your eyes on the channel lineup as new additions have arrived. More are likely coming. We welcomed Newsmax to the base Essentials channel lineup late in the 2nd quarter.
A:AnswerBecause Orby uses a separate antennae for local channels. they are not part of the subscription service. So whatever the antenna picks up, you can watch.
A:AnswerNewsmax was added to the $40 Essentials package June 2019. A brief chat with ORBY leads me to feel confident that a well requested news network will be coming.
