“My computer is running very slow, it takes awhile to load programs, keystrokes are delayed when typing sometimes... would a tune up be a way to help these problems? Not sure how much memory is being used, maybe that is the problem? Help!”

no i would really like the refund my computer had a tuneup and its still running slow i think ill buy a new computer and when i try to reset it it does not let me idk whats wrong but i dont wanna deal with the computer ive had anymore its had alotta problems and still does.
