“Why do you guys have two sets of measurement specifications under the pictures for this product? It makes it very confusing for the consumer. For example the depth on one is showing a little over 15 inches where the second picture shows it at 18 inches.”

Hi there! The two measurements refer to different aspects of the product. The correct external (outside) dimensions of the unit are 20 11⁄16” (W) × 12 1⁄4” (H) × 15 13⁄16” (D). Any other measurements shown may represent internal or alternate reference dimensions, but the dimensions listed above are the accurate outside measurements of the microwave. - S
