“Can this 4K player play Region B, and Region C discs AKA can it play international releases? If not does Panasonic have a player that can play all kinds of movie discs?”

Hello and thank you for your question! All of our Blu-Ray players are Region coded. The players can play Region A/Region 1 discs or discs that are not region coded. Hope this helps! - S
