• It only holds one disc. Not sure what you mean by an all regional player. It does seem to play 4K, Blu-ray Discs and DVDs. I was thinking I hadn’t tried a DVD but I did watch a movie last weekend that was a DVD on it. I just got it hooked up to our older surround sound system since I had to find and adapter that went from HDMI to RCA and the sound is great.
